Omniplace Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process

• Once the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or provide instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Costs
• We offer free returns on all orders over $80. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We cannot offer refunds on orders from our SALE collection, which are FINAL SALE. All orders placed using a promotional code are FINAL SALE.
4. Refund Options
You can choose from the following refund options:
• Refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
• Receive a store credit for 100% of the purchase value, applicable to future purchases.
5. Product Exchanges
If you need an exchange for a different size or color, we can do so at no additional cost, provided the item is available. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
6. Excluded Products
For hygiene and personalization reasons, underwear, swimwear, and customized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.
7. Defective Product Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within the first 7 days after delivery. We offer a replacement at no cost or a full refund. To manage these returns, contact soporte@omniplace.shop.

• Extended Return Period: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of the purchase date, extending our standard 30-day return period.
• Full Refund: We offer a full refund for any item returned within this extended period, provided it is in unused, unwashed condition, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• No-Hassle Process: Our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible. Simply follow our standard return process, and we will handle the rest.

• Exceptions: This guarantee does not apply to items from our SALE collection, which are considered FINAL SALE, or to customized products. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Additional Considerations
• Items must be in perfect condition. We do not accept returns of used, washed, or damaged items (except for manufacturing defects).
• International Returns: We accept international returns, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Policies and processing times may vary for international orders.
• We offer tracking for returns through a tracking number or on our returns portal.
• If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost.
• If the product was a gift, we offer the option to return it for store credit or exchange it without involving the original purchaser.
Shipping Delays on Returns
